What happens when I mark treatment Booked?
When you mark treatment Booked, Markwell closes its active contact follow-up and moves it out of the daily Follow-Ups queue.
Where does Booked treatment go?
Booked treatment appears in Booked — Awaiting Completion on the Follow-Ups page.
Why isn’t Booked treatment in my normal Follow-Ups queue?
The daily Follow-Ups queue is for active patient-contact work, and booked treatment no longer needs contact follow-up.
What does “Booked — Awaiting Completion” mean?
Booked — Awaiting Completion is the holding area for treatment that has been marked Booked but hasn’t yet been recorded as Completed.
How do I mark treatment Completed?
Use Log Action on the booked treatment and choose Completed as the Treatment Outcome.
What happens after treatment is marked Completed?
Its active follow-ups close and it leaves Follow-Ups, including Booked — Awaiting Completion.
Does Markwell automatically know when booked treatment is completed?
No. Markwell doesn’t monitor appointments or detect when booked treatment has been done.
Does Markwell read appointment dates from my PMS?
Markwell doesn’t currently maintain a live appointment-date connection to your practice-management system.
