Booked & Completed Treatment
Booked treatment appears in Booked — Awaiting Completion on the Follow-Ups page.
The section is collapsed by default; select View booked treatment to open it. It brings Booked treatment together across all your reports.
The treatment may still appear in its report’s Treatment Plans, but it’s no longer ordinary contact follow-up work.
Booked — Awaiting Completion is the holding area for treatment that has been marked Booked but hasn’t yet been recorded as Completed.
Follow-Ups is your team’s daily contact workspace. It shows what’s overdue and what’s due today, across all your reports.
When you mark treatment Booked, Markwell closes its active contact follow-up and moves it out of the daily Follow-Ups queue.
The daily Follow-Ups queue is for active patient-contact work, and booked treatment no longer needs contact follow-up.
