Does Markwell read appointment dates from my PMS?

Markwell doesn’t currently maintain a live appointment-date connection to your practice-management system.

If appointment-related information is present in an imported treatment file, Markwell may show it as context. It’s a snapshot from that import, not a live appointment feed.

Good to know

That imported information doesn’t update on its own, and it doesn’t mark treatment Booked or Completed.

Does Markwell change anything in my practice-management software?
No. Actions recorded in Markwell stay in Markwell.
Which practice-management systems work with Markwell?
Markwell is designed around treatment-plan CSV exports rather than a direct connection to a specific practice-management system.
What happens to previous Markwell history when I import a new file?
History remembers. Each import starts a new report.
Does Markwell automatically know when booked treatment is completed?
No. Markwell doesn’t monitor appointments or detect when booked treatment has been done.
