Booked & Completed Treatment
The daily Follow-Ups queue is for active patient-contact work, and booked treatment no longer needs contact follow-up.
Once treatment is Booked, its active contact follow-up closes and it no longer belongs in Overdue or Due Today. Markwell tracks it separately, under Booked — Awaiting Completion, so it isn’t forgotten and doesn’t clutter the daily queue.
Follow-Ups is your team’s daily contact workspace. It shows what’s overdue and what’s due today, across all your reports.
The active follow-up closes, and the treatment moves from the daily contact queue to Booked — Awaiting Completion.
Booked treatment appears in Booked — Awaiting Completion on the Follow-Ups page.
When you mark treatment Booked, Markwell closes its active contact follow-up and moves it out of the daily Follow-Ups queue.
