No. Markwell doesn’t monitor appointments or detect when booked treatment has been done.
Staff record completion in Markwell: open Booked — Awaiting Completion, select Log Action and choose Completed as the Treatment Outcome.
Booked — Awaiting Completion is the holding area for treatment that has been marked Booked but hasn’t yet been recorded as Completed.
Use Log Action on the booked treatment and choose Completed as the Treatment Outcome.
No. Actions recorded in Markwell stay in Markwell.
When you mark treatment Booked, Markwell closes its active contact follow-up and moves it out of the daily Follow-Ups queue.
