Markwell Help
History, Archive & Searching
Does Markwell keep a history of treatment follow-up?
Yes. History shows the activity recorded against that imported treatment record.
What information appears in History?
History groups the activity recorded for a treatment: actions, follow-ups, status and barrier changes, and Long-Term Hold or Archive events.
Can I see who recorded an action?
Yes. Each Log Action entry in History shows the team member who recorded it.
Can I see when a treatment status changed?
Yes. History shows each status change with the previous status, the new status and when it changed.
What is Archive?
Archive has two sections: Treatment Archive and Report Archive.
When does something belong in Archive?
Treatment belongs in Treatment Archive when its recovery workflow is closed as No Further Follow-Up. A weekly report belongs in Report Archive when staff archive it.
Does archiving delete treatment history?
No. Archiving isn’t deleting. Treatment Archive and Report Archive both keep history.
How do I find an older treatment opportunity?
Start with patient search in the top navigation, then check Treatment Archive, Long-Term Hold or Reports, depending on what happened to the treatment.
How do I search for a patient in Markwell?
Use Search patient in the top navigation to find a patient by name or patient ID.
