When does something belong in Archive?

Treatment belongs in Treatment Archive when its recovery workflow is closed as No Further Follow-Up. A weekly report belongs in Report Archive when staff archive it.

Treatment Archive: treatment reaches it, for example, when Declined is recorded as the Treatment Outcome, or when staff choose Close / Archive from the Long-Term Hold page.

Report Archive: a weekly report appears there when staff choose to archive it from Reports.

Good to know

Booked and Completed treatment doesn’t go to Treatment Archive automatically, and Long-Term Hold has its own page.
Archiving a report doesn’t close the treatment inside it or cancel its active follow-ups.

What is Archive?
Archive has two sections: Treatment Archive and Report Archive.
Does archiving delete treatment history?
No. Archiving isn’t deleting. Treatment Archive and Report Archive both keep history.
What’s the difference between Long-Term Hold and No Further Follow-Up?
Long-Term Hold pauses outreach without closing the treatment. No Further Follow-Up closes the recovery workflow.
Can I undo or delete an import?
Before you confirm an import, nothing is saved. After an import, you can archive the report, and Owner / Admin accounts can permanently delete it.
