History, Archive & Searching

What information appears in History?

History groups the activity recorded for a treatment: actions, follow-ups, status and barrier changes, and Long-Term Hold or Archive events.

Actions: the Action Type, Contact Result, Treatment Outcome when one was recorded, contact date and time, note, any linked follow-up and the team member who recorded it. If an action was amended, the most recent editor and edit time are shown too.

Follow-ups: the due date, the staff member where shown, when it was created, and whether it was resolved or rescheduled, with the previous due date if it moved.

Status and barrier changes: the previous and new value, and when it changed.

Long-Term Hold and Archive events: what changed, the reason, any note, when it happened and the team member.

Good to know

  • History doesn’t show the team member beside each status or barrier change, or a full record of every edit to an action.
