What is Archive?

Archive has two sections: Treatment Archive and Report Archive.

Treatment Archive is for treatment whose recovery workflow has been closed as No Further Follow-Up.

Report Archive is for weekly reports moved out of Active Reports for housekeeping. An archived report can be restored. Archiving a report does not close the treatment or cancel its active follow-ups.

Good to know

Archiving isn’t deleting. History is kept in both sections.
Not all finished treatment goes to Archive. Booked and Completed treatment doesn’t move there automatically.

When does something belong in Archive?
Treatment belongs in Treatment Archive when its recovery workflow is closed as No Further Follow-Up. A weekly report belongs in Report Archive when staff archive it.
Does archiving delete treatment history?
No. Archiving isn’t deleting. Treatment Archive and Report Archive both keep history.
What’s the difference between Long-Term Hold and No Further Follow-Up?
Long-Term Hold pauses outreach without closing the treatment. No Further Follow-Up closes the recovery workflow.
Does Markwell keep a history of treatment follow-up?
Yes. History shows the activity recorded against that imported treatment record.
