What does Contact Result mean?
Contact Result records what happened when you tried to contact the patient.
The options are Spoke with patient, Left message, No answer, Patient replied, Unable to reach and Other.
Good to know
- Contact Result starts as No answer, so check it before saving.
- It describes the contact attempt only. It doesn’t change the treatment’s status, barrier or next step; Treatment Outcome does that.
