What does Treatment Outcome mean?

Treatment Outcome records where the treatment stands after the interaction.

Contact Result describes what happened during the contact. Treatment Outcome describes where the treatment stands afterwards.

Not Booked: this action doesn’t mark the treatment Booked, Completed or Declined. You can then choose the next follow-up.

Booked or Completed: the treatment is marked Booked or Completed, and ordinary contact follow-up is no longer needed.

Declined: the treatment’s barrier is set to Declined and the treatment moves to No Further Follow-Up. Its ordinary follow-up is closed.
