What is the Follow-Ups page?

Follow-Ups is your team’s daily contact workspace. It shows what’s overdue and what’s due today, across all your reports.

Overdue work appears in its own section, and today’s follow-ups appear beside a calendar. Future follow-ups stay quiet until their date; use the calendar to look at another date.

Good to know

Treatment that has been booked is tracked separately, under Booked — Awaiting Completion.

What should I do on the Follow-Ups page each day?
Work through Overdue first, then today’s follow-ups, recording each contact as you go.
What does Overdue mean?
Overdue means a follow-up’s scheduled date has passed and the follow-up is still active.
What does Due Today mean?
Due Today means an active follow-up is scheduled for today’s date.
Why don’t I see all my future follow-ups?
Future follow-ups stay quiet until they’re due, so the page focuses on what needs attention now.
