Do I need to use the old weekly report to find today’s follow-ups?

No. You don’t need to reopen old weekly reports to find today’s active follow-ups.

Follow-Ups brings active follow-up work together across your reports, including older ones.

Good to know

Contact history is still tied to the treatment plan from each import. To review history attached to an earlier imported treatment plan, you may need to open the earlier report.

Do I need to reopen old weekly reports to do my daily follow-ups?
No. Follow-Ups works across all your imports, so follow-ups from earlier reports appear there when they’re due.
Where can I see everything that has happened with this treatment?
Open History for the treatment plan to see the activity recorded for it.
What is the Follow-Ups page?
Follow-Ups is your team’s daily contact workspace. It shows what’s overdue and what’s due today, across all your reports.
What should I do on the Follow-Ups page each day?
Work through Overdue first, then today’s follow-ups, recording each contact as you go.
