Do I need to reopen old weekly reports to do my daily follow-ups?
No. Follow-Ups works across all your imports, so follow-ups from earlier reports appear there when they’re due.
Day-to-day follow-up work happens in Follow-Ups, not in old reports.
Good to know
- If the same treatment was imported again later, its earlier contact history stays with the treatment plan in the earlier report. An older report can still be useful when you’re researching the full contact history.
