Why does a treatment’s History look incomplete?

Current state can carry forward. Detailed earlier activity stays with the earlier imported record.

The same treatment can appear again in a later import. The newer imported record isn’t a combined copy of every earlier action: logged actions, follow-ups and changes recorded before stay with the earlier record and its report.

To review that activity, open History on the earlier record.

Patient search shows a patient’s treatment plans across imports with their current status, but not their detailed History or contact notes.

Does previous contact history appear on a newly imported treatment?
Not as a combined history. Current state can carry forward. Detailed earlier activity stays with the earlier imported record.
What information appears in History?
History groups the activity recorded for a treatment: actions, follow-ups, status and barrier changes, and Long-Term Hold or Archive events.
Does Markwell keep a history of treatment follow-up?
Yes. History shows the activity recorded against that imported treatment record.
My CSV won’t import. What should I check?
Work through a few quick checks on the file, its columns and its data.
