Does previous contact history appear on a newly imported treatment?

Not as a combined history. Current state can carry forward. Detailed earlier activity stays with the earlier imported record.

When the same treatment is imported again and recognized, its logged actions, earlier follow-ups, and status, barrier, Long-Term Hold and No Further Follow-Up changes remain with the earlier record. Open History on the earlier record to review them.

An older active follow-up can still appear in the shared Follow-Ups queue. The newly imported treatment doesn’t automatically get a duplicate follow-up.

Does Markwell keep previous treatment information when I import again?
When Markwell recognizes the same treatment in a later import, it can carry forward its current treatment state.
Where can I see everything that has happened with this treatment?
Open History for the treatment plan to see the activity recorded for it.
Do I need to use the old weekly report to find today’s follow-ups?
No. You don’t need to reopen old weekly reports to find today’s active follow-ups.
What happens if the same treatment is imported again?
When Markwell recognizes the same treatment in a later import, it creates a new record in that report and can carry forward the treatment’s current state.
