Importing Treatment Plans

What should I do if my CSV has the wrong columns or format?

If Markwell can’t recognize your file’s structure, you may be able to match the columns yourself with Column Mapping, or go back and select a corrected CSV.

Where it can, Markwell identifies what it can’t use in the file. With Column Mapping, staff match the CSV’s columns to Markwell’s fields. Columns Markwell doesn’t need can stay unmapped.

Good to know

  • Rows that can’t be processed are shown as Invalid Rows, with their errors.
  • Before final confirmation, you can go back or select a corrected CSV. Processing that fails or is cancelled before confirmation doesn’t create a confirmed import.
