Long-Term Hold
What’s the difference between Long-Term Hold and No Further Follow-Up?
Long-Term Hold pauses outreach without closing the treatment. No Further Follow-Up closes the recovery workflow.
Use Long-Term Hold when outreach is paused but you may want to revisit the treatment later. Use No Further Follow-Up when the recovery workflow is being closed and no further contact is planned.
Treatment on Long-Term Hold appears on the Long-Term Hold page and can be brought back with Return to Active. Treatment marked No Further Follow-Up appears in Treatment Archive, which doesn’t offer the same Return to Active control.
Good to know
- A Declined outcome follows the No Further Follow-Up path, not Long-Term Hold.
