Does Markwell contact patients automatically?
No. Markwell doesn’t automatically call, email, text or otherwise contact patients.
Your team contacts the patient using the practice’s usual communication tools, then records what happened in Markwell.
Good to know
- Phone Call, Email and SMS in Log Action describe what the staff member did. They don’t mean Markwell sent the communication.
- Scheduling a follow-up tells the team when the treatment needs attention again. It doesn’t notify the patient.
