What is Markwell?

Markwell is a treatment recovery workflow for dental practices.

It helps your team organize treatment that has been presented but not yet booked, record follow-up activity, schedule next actions, and track treatment through booking and completion.

Good to know

The dentist determines clinical need and recommends treatment. The patient decides whether to proceed. Markwell supports the treatment-recovery workflow in between; it doesn’t make clinical decisions.
Your practice-management system remains the source of truth for appointments and clinical records.

Markwell organizes treatment recovery around a clear path: Import, Review, Contact, Follow-Up, Booked and Completed.
What should my team do in Markwell each week?
At the start of each week, import the previous week’s newly presented treatment, then give every actionable opportunity a destination.
What should my team do in Markwell each day?
Each day, open Follow-Ups and work what’s Overdue and Due Today.
What problem does Markwell solve?
Treatment that has been presented but not yet booked can be difficult to keep track of without a consistent follow-up process.
