What does Overdue mean?

Overdue means a follow-up’s scheduled date has passed and the follow-up is still active.

There’s no time-of-day deadline: a follow-up due yesterday is Overdue today. It stays Overdue until someone deals with it, and Markwell doesn’t close or reschedule it automatically. Overdue follow-ups are listed oldest first.

Good to know

Overdue describes timing, not the treatment’s outcome. The treatment itself may still be Not Booked.

What does Due Today mean?
Due Today means an active follow-up is scheduled for today’s date.
What happens if I don’t work a follow-up on its due date?
Nothing happens automatically. The next day, the follow-up becomes Overdue and stays active.
How do I clear an overdue follow-up?
Use Log Action to record what happened, then choose the next step.
What is the Follow-Ups page?
Follow-Ups is your team’s daily contact workspace. It shows what’s overdue and what’s due today, across all your reports.
