What does Due Today mean?

Due Today means an active follow-up is scheduled for today’s date.

The summary at the top shows how many are due today, and they’re listed under the Today heading with today’s date. If a follow-up due today isn’t worked, it becomes Overdue the next day.

Good to know

Due Today describes timing, not the treatment’s outcome. The treatment itself may still be Not Booked.

What does Overdue mean?
Overdue means a follow-up’s scheduled date has passed and the follow-up is still active.
What should I do on the Follow-Ups page each day?
Work through Overdue first, then today’s follow-ups, recording each contact as you go.
How do I see follow-ups scheduled for another date?
Select a date on the calendar to see the follow-ups due on that day.
What is the Follow-Ups page?
Follow-Ups is your team’s daily contact workspace. It shows what’s overdue and what’s due today, across all your reports.
