Weekly Review & Treatment Plans

What does No Further Follow-Up mean?

No Further Follow-Up means the practice has decided not to keep pursuing the treatment, so no further contact is planned.

It counts as a destination, so the treatment plan no longer needs a next step.

Good to know

  • It’s different from Long-Term Hold. Long-Term Hold is for treatment that may be revisited later; No Further Follow-Up means no further contact is planned.
