Importing Treatment Plans
History remembers. Each import starts a new report.
Contact and lifecycle history from earlier work is kept with the earlier imported record. A new import creates a new report, and when Markwell recognizes treatment it has seen before, it can carry forward that treatment’s current state.
Treatment that’s on hold or closed isn’t automatically reactivated just because it appears in a later file.
Export a treatment-plan CSV from your practice-management system, import it into Markwell, then work the new report’s Treatment Plans, starting with Action Required.
Import Review is where you can go back and correct the treatment statuses that were set when a file was imported.
Long-Term Hold is for treatment that has been deliberately paused — not actively pursued, but not closed.
