Users, Permissions & Team Workflow
Markwell has two user roles: Team and Owner / Admin.
Team users can work with treatment plans, log actions, schedule follow-ups, import treatment-plan files and work with reports.
Owner / Admin users can do all of that, plus manage users and practice settings.
Both roles do the same day-to-day recovery work. Owner / Admin users can also manage users and settings, and permanently delete reports.
An Owner / Admin adds team members from User Management.
Owner / Admin users. They manage users from Admin and practice settings from Settings.
Yes. Team members are disabled rather than deleted.
