Can more than one person use Markwell at the same time?
Yes. Multiple team members can be logged into Markwell at the same time using their own accounts.
Everyone works from the same practice data, including the shared Follow-Ups queue.
Good to know
- If two people update the same treatment plan at the same time, Markwell does not currently lock the record or warn about conflicting edits. One person’s changes may not appear instantly for someone else.
