Should team members share a login?

No. Each team member should use their own account.

Individual accounts let Markwell associate recorded activity with the staff member who performed it, such as who logged an action, who last edited it, who moved treatment to Long-Term Hold or Archive, and who imported a report.

If several people use the same login, activity recorded under that account cannot reliably show which person performed it.
