What happens to the follow-up when treatment is Completed?

The active follow-up closes and the treatment leaves Follow-Ups.

Completed treatment doesn’t stay in Booked — Awaiting Completion. Its History is kept.

Good to know

Markwell doesn’t detect completion automatically. Staff record it, for example through Log Action.

What does Completed mean?
Completed means the treatment has been finished.
What happens to the follow-up when treatment is Booked?
The active follow-up closes, and the treatment moves from the daily contact queue to Booked — Awaiting Completion.
Where can I see everything that has happened with this treatment?
Open History for the treatment plan to see the activity recorded for it.
What is the Follow-Ups page?
Follow-Ups is your team’s daily contact workspace. It shows what’s overdue and what’s due today, across all your reports.
