Why does Markwell say this file may already have been imported?

Markwell has noticed that the file looks like one that has already been imported.

You’ll see Duplicate Import Detected: “This report appears to have already been imported.” Check whether you’ve already imported that treatment-plan export.

Choose Cancel to stop. If the import is intentional, Markwell lets you continue with Import Anyway, which creates a new report. The original report isn’t changed.

Good to know

Importing the same data twice can affect totals in your reports.
This is about importing the same file again. Treatment that genuinely appears again in a later weekly export is handled differently.

What happens if the same treatment is imported again?
When Markwell recognizes the same treatment in a later import, it creates a new record in that report and can carry forward the treatment’s current state.
Should I import last week’s treatment plans or everything outstanding?
Import the treatment plans newly presented since your last weekly import, not the entire outstanding-treatment list.
How do I know whether my import worked?
A successful import takes you to the newly imported treatment in Reports.
My CSV won’t import. What should I check?
Work through a few quick checks on the file, its columns and its data.
