Will a future CSV import automatically reactivate treatment on Long-Term Hold?

No. If the same treatment appears in a later import while it’s on Long-Term Hold, it stays on Long-Term Hold.

Markwell preserves the Long-Term Hold decision across a later import, rather than returning the treatment to ordinary active follow-up. Earlier detailed activity remains associated with the treatment record where it was originally recorded.

Use Return to Active when you want to resume the recovery workflow.

Good to know

Once treatment has been returned to active, a later import does not restore the old hold automatically.
