Weekly Review & Treatment Plans
Import Review is where you can go back and correct the treatment statuses that were set when a file was imported.
During an import, staff review each treatment plan’s status before confirming. Import Review lets you re-check those statuses afterwards and correct any that were set wrongly.
It isn’t the main weekly workspace. Weekly work happens in Treatment Plans, starting with Action Required.
Open the new report’s Treatment Plans and give every treatment plan a clear next step or outcome, starting with Action Required.
Markwell reads the file and prepares the treatment plans for review before anything is saved.
It means the treatment plan doesn’t yet have a clear next step or outcome.
It depends on what was wrong: the starting status, a later event, a logged action or a follow-up date.
