Keep doing your normal weekly imports. A monthly review uses information that’s already in Markwell to look at treatment progress, recovery and outstanding work.
For the regular Markwell workflow, export the treatment plans newly presented since your last weekly import.
Import the treatment plans newly presented since your last weekly import, not the entire outstanding-treatment list.
At the start of each week, import the previous week’s newly presented treatment, then give every actionable opportunity a destination.
Export a treatment-plan CSV from your practice-management system, import it into Markwell, then work the new report’s Treatment Plans, starting with Action Required.
