Can I leave a treatment plan unresolved?

Markwell lets a treatment plan stay without a destination, but every treatment plan should be given a clear next step or outcome.

A Not Booked plan without a follow-up stays in Action Required. It won’t appear in the daily Follow-Ups queue just because it’s unresolved, so it can be easy to lose track of.

Good to know

Markwell doesn’t stop you finishing, importing another file or archiving while plans are unresolved. Weekly Review Complete only appears once every plan has a destination.

What does “Needs a destination” mean?
It means the treatment plan doesn’t yet have a clear next step or outcome.
How do I know when the weekly review is complete?
Weekly Review Complete appears when every treatment plan in the import has been given a clear next step or outcome.
What does Not Booked mean?
Not Booked means the treatment hasn’t been booked yet.
Why isn’t Weekly Review Complete showing?
Every treatment plan in the report still needs a destination.
